East Capital, the Eastern European fund manager, has boosted its board with the recruitment of Alexander Izosimov and Dick Lundqvist as independent directors..
Alexander Izosimov is chief executive of VimpelCom Ltd, one of the two largest mobile operators in Russia. Lundqvist is partner and chairman at the Stockholm-based law firm Gernandt & Danielsson and has participated in the establishment of fund management businesses, securities firms and banks.
The new independent directors join previously appointed Klas Danielsson and Risto Silander.
