Agricultural commodity value chains have been under intense pressure over recent months due to disrupted trade flows, price volatility, and fluctuating demand.
The speakers will, among other things, look at the current state of the agricultural commodity market and discuss impacts that 2020 developments have had on principal agricultural commodity categories such as grains, oilseeds, meat, dairy and softs.
The speakers are:
– Jianbin Xiao, head of global commodity trading at Singapore-based food and agribusiness Olam International;
– Scott Wellcome, director for grain risk management and sourcing at GoodMills Group, Europe’s largest flour producer.
