BrokerCreditService (BCS), a Russian firm pressing for leading positions in Russia’s financial markets, has made one more in a recent series of major hires, recruiting Vladimir (Vlad) Kuznetsov from UniCredit as a senior consumer analyst, Luis Saenz, head of equity sales and trading at BCS, told EmergingMarkets.me.
Kuznetsov joined UniCredit’s Russian operation in 2006. His last position at the Italian bank was that of lead analyst for the Russian consumer and media sector. Previously he was a Moscow-based reporter for Reuters covering banks and insurers for six years.
BCS was the number one company in terms of equity turnover at Moscow’s Micex-RTS stock exchange in July and August.
