– content creation and placement

– publishing one monthly ( Russian language)  and one quarterly magazine (English- Russian)

– active on line presence : site, application, social networks

– head office in Central London , rep offices : France and Germany

Job description:

– Daily Control of company production processes: sales, distribution, subscriptions, content creation

– Monitoring  sales department  targets are met

– annual Budgeting and P&L

– P&L monthly reconciliation and procurement,

– KPI of the whole team revaluation monthly,

– Monitoring the timely payment of debts and trading revenues of the company;

– Financial control of the enterprise, income, expenses, payroll;

– development of the site and spin off the online application sales,

– daily operational management

– Weekly collection of  reports from each of the company’s employees and production of weekly reports- status achievements to the shareholders( Friday 17.00 uk time),

– each Monday 09.30 team briefing and set targets for the week

– Monthly monitoring of documentation (to provide accountants), HMRC, Vat, Legal, invoicingCandidate skills and experience:
– must have at least  three years of experience in media or marketing , sales financial sectors,

– preferably bilingual (English/Russian)

– Strong team leader,

– good negotiation skills

– understanding how marketing budgets are built and formed in other companies

– understanding working with PR / GR agencies or departments of corporations and government bodies

– knowledge of publishing and advertising industry

– knowledge of paid and unpaid distribution

– strong presentation/public speaking skills

– strong excel and general  IT experience

– event organization skills
