Russian investment bank Otkritie Capital recently appointed Yuri Yartsev as Head of IT and Grigory Kozin as Head of Projects Office at the bank.
In his position, Yuri will be responsible for the general management of the department throughout Russia, the UK, the US and all of the regions covered by the company’s footprint. Yury worked for Otkritie from 2007 to 2012 managing the development of IT-solutions for its investment business. Before joining the Corporation, Yuri supervised e-trading IT at Aton. In 2012, Yuri Yartsev was in charge of developing the e-trading department’s IT structure at another Russian investment bank BrokerCreditService.
In his new capacity, Grigory will manage projects associated with the development of the company’s products and services. Since joining Otkritie in 2010, Grigory has progressed from Chief Specialist of the Projects Office to Head of the E-trading Development Projects Office. Before Otkritie, Grigory worked for Troika Dialog for four years, where he was in charge of developing internet trading.
Both roles will report to CEO Nikolay Katorzhnov.
