Our client is a leading global investment fund with an established real estate business. They are looking to hire an Analyst for their Special Situations Real Estate team in London.
The fund has a flexible investment mandate to invest across the capital structure, both within UK & Europe, and has significant capital ready to deploy. The successful candidate would be involved in the entire investment process, working closely with senior members of the team. A successful applicant would need to have strong technical / modelling skills and solid experience in evaluating special situations real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate should have an exceptional academic background with a degree from top university, 1-2 years of experience at top-tier bank and ideally some experience on the buy-side. Experience in Real Estate is a must.
