Russia’s Sberbank confirms Anna Loevskaya as head of Digital Corporate Bank

By Andrei Skvarsky.

Anna Loevskaya has been confirmed as director of the Digital Corporate Bank division of Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank after being caretaker head of the unit since the end of 2019.

Loevskaya replaces Yevgeny Kolbin, who was discharged as Digital Corporate Bank director late last year due to being appointed CEO of SberCloud, the Sberbank group’s cloud platform.

After joining Sberbank in 2015, Loevskaya supervised the relaunch of Sberbank Business Online, the bank’s corporate online banking platform, Sberbank said in a statement.

The statement credited Loevskaya with a range of achievements as caretaker director of the Digital Corporate Bank, which included overseeing the relaunching by Sberbank of key online services and coordinating the creation of a business services marketplace on the Sberbank Business Online mobile app.

Loevskaya’s job record includes stints at Societe Generale subsidiary Rosbank, IBM and Swedish telecom company Ericsson.
