The Senior Sovereign Analyst will be a key member of the sovereign research effort, supporting the Emerging Market Debt and Global Fixed teams directly with primary research responsibilities for EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Sovereign Analyst will be responsible for developing regional
macro-economic, financial, political forecasts and translating them into
specific investment views on EMEA fixed income markets: currencies, local
rates, external debt. - The Senior Sovereign Analyst is also expected to
contribute to investment decisions across the wider firm and to support the firm’s
Global Macro Research effort.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and proven track record conducting sovereign
credit research spanning EMEA countries. - Expertise in Russian and Ukraine preferred.
- Strong market acumen and expertise in sovereign strategies
established on the buy- or sell-side - Top tier education in Economics, higher degree and/or CFA
preferred
