Alexander Nazarov has defected to Troika Dialog from Credit Suisse, where he worked as director of the investment banking.
Nazarov will join Troika as managing director in investment banking and will report to Jacques Der Megreditchian, Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking and Global Markets at the Troika Dialog Group. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Nazarov held a similar position at Brunswick UBS Bank, where he was responsible for attracting financing for businesses on the equity and debt capital markets, as well as performing analysis and implementation of merger and acquisition deals, consultation on issues of capital management, asset growth strategizing, efficiency elevation and capital liquidity services.
Nazarov also has experience in corporate finance accumulated in a career with Russian financial companies and international banks. He has participated in arranging deals on the equity and debt capital markets as well as participating in other deals with shareholders capital in various sectors of the Russian economy, such as telecommunications, machine construction, and the power and consumer sectors.
