UralSib’s insurance arm to have state interest privatised

UralSib Insurance Group, part of Russian bank UralSib, is going to have minority state interest in it privatised through a public auction.

The 1.53m shares would be sold en bloc, with the asking price for the stake set at 51.3m rubles ($1.8m), under an order by the Federal Agency for the Management of State Property.
