Russia’s VTB Capital has hired Dmitry Lukashov, a former analyst at Swiss bank UBS, as its chief oil and gas analyst.
Lukashov, who brings a team with him to VTB, worked as an analyst for Aton and Alfa-Bank before joining UBS.
