Foreign exchange broker ActivTrades has formed a partnership with Conv.rs, a company running an omnichannel messaging platform that can enable a trader to reach an ActivTrades representative directly through a web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger or Line.
Conv.rs plans to add more channels to the platform, according to a statement from ActivTrades.
Conv.rs is headquartered in New York and has teams in Britain and Asia. It says its clients range from forex and contract-for-difference (CFD) traders to neobanks and online gaming businesses.
ActivTrades has customers in more than 140 countries and offers a range of products, which include more than 1,000 CFD and spread betting instruments across forex, indices, shares, commodities, financials, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The brokerage provides its services in various languages.
It is headquartered in London and has offices in Milan, the Bahamas, Sofia and Luxembourg.
