Russia’s BrokerCreditService (BCS) has hired Olga Naydenova from Otkritie as senior financial research analyst in Moscow, recruiting one more in a series of bankers and analysts who have come over from the rival Russian broker over the past several months.
Naydenova took up her BCS job today, Luis Saenz, the London-based head of equity sales and trading at BCS, told EmergingMarkets.me.
Naydenova was an analyst with Alfa-Bank in Moscow between 2006 and 2009 before joining Otkritie, where she was a financial sector analyst and macroeconomist.
BCS has been the number one firm in terms of equity turnover at Moscow’s Micex-RTS stock exchange for three months in a row. Otkritie, which has announced a three-year task to become Russia’s largest independent public financial group, was second in July and September and third in August, ceding the number two rung to Finam.
