Moscow Exchange has announced that its chief financial officer, Evgeny Fetisov, has been re-elected for a second three-year stint on its executive board.
Fetisov has held both positions since February 2013.
Earlier on, he was a partner and managing director at Da Vinci Capital Management, a Russia-focused private equity firm headquartered in Guernsey.
While still with Da Vinci, Fetisov joined the board of directors of Russian stock exchange RTS, a role he held up until RTS’s merger with another Russian bourse, Micex, to form today’s Moscow Exchange in 2011.
Fetisov had held various jobs before being hired by Da Vinci in 2007, including roles as trader at Citibank and consultant at American management consultancy McKinsey.
