Dubai-based audit firm and business consultancy Morison Menon has for the second consecutive year been named as a top brand by a highly reputed international branding arbitration group.
Superbrands, a London-headquartered independent arbiter, awarded Superbrand status for 2014 and 2015 to Morison Menon Chartered Accountants, a division of the Morison Menon group, the latter said in a statement.
Superbrands names “collaborative enterprise, creative marketing, and superior products” as criteria for winning the status.
“Participation in Superbrands is by invitation only,” it says.
The Superbrand status is not the only 2015 accolade for Morison Menon, which is headquartered in Dubai and has branches all over the United Arab Emirates, in other Gulf countries and in India.
Its founder and chief executive, Raju Menon, has been put by Forbes on one of its two Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World lists.
Though Menon is 78th on the 100-name list of Indian owners of businesses based in Arab countries, it is still a high award given the fact that his company is one of just a fraction of the firms represented on the list that provide financial services.
The other list names 50 executives.
