EM, an emerging markets communications and investor relations consultancy, has made three senior hires with Daria Khilenkova joining the company in Moscow, Jamie Hyman in London and Yury Krebs in Valencia.
Khilenkova, who comes from investment bank Renaissance Capital, is in charge of financial communications in Moscow, according to an EM statement.
She was vice-president for corporate communications and public affairs at RenCap and has more than 15 years of experience of work focused on emerging and frontier markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, including Subsaharan and North Africa.
Hyman, whose field at EM is technology and financial services, is a former journalist with 20 years’ experience. She has worked at various business information groups, including Greentarget, Infopro Digital, WatersTechnology and Inside Data Management.
Hyman is experienced in developing and executing communications strategies for clients such as banks, fintechs and asset managers, EM, which has offices in London, Moscow, New York and Beijing, said in its statement.
Krebs has served as investor relations director at Russia’s VTB Bank and AFK Sistema conglomerate. While in Valencia, he has been focusing on solutions for digital reporting and financial data visualisation.
