Executives from dozens of insurance companies are getting together at the Connected Claims Europe conference in London on October 24-25, 2017, to look for more efficient use of information and communication technology in handling insurance claims.
EmergingMarkets.me readers would be eligible for a discount of 200 pounds sterling off the fee for attending the conference, which will take up subjects such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, chatbots, advanced analytics and the internet of things (IoT).
There will be numerous speakers at what will be the second annual Connected Claims Europe forum, which is being organised by Insurance Nexus, a division of London-based FC Business Intelligence.
They include Ty Sagalow, a co-founder of New York-based insurer Lemonade, a company that set a world record in December 2016 by putting compensation for a stolen coat on a customer’s bank account 3 seconds after receiving a claim from him through a phone message.
Allianz, AXA, BNP Paribas, Bupa, Deloitte and Fiat Chrysler will be among the companies to be represented at the event, to take place at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park, 128 King Henry’s Road.
