Connected Banking East Africa, a conference themed “Accelerating Digital Inclusion Through Sustainable Transformation”, is the seventh event in the Africa-focused Connected Banking Summit series organised by the International Center for Strategic Alliances (ICSA), an event management company based in Bengaluru, India.
The previous conferences in the series, which is entitled “Africa Digital Banking Summit – Innovation and Excellence Awards”, have brought together about 1,400 companies, have been watched online by about 4,900 people, and have heard about 250 speakers.
More than 250 companies are going to take part in the March 7 event. They are banks, including digital banks, insurance companies, fintechs, non-banking financial organisations, investment funds, asset management companies and others.
Decentralised finance, financial inclusion and financial security are some of the issues to be raised at the conference.
