Sklyar joined RenCap in 2007, and last year was promoted to head of utilities research, the position he will combine with his new role, according to a statement from the company, which, besides Russia, has operations across the CIS, in Central and Eastern Europe, and in Africa.
Sklyar, who spent four years at the customer service of Reuters before being hired by the investment firm, will report to David Nangle, RenCap’s head of research.
