A survey by event organiser Insurance Nexus suggests that more than half of claims executives in insurance companies worldwide believe that machine learning and artificial intelligence will have the greatest impact on claims services in the next five years.
This was felt by 56 per cent of the 450 executives questioned by Insurance Nexus in its survey, the London-based firm said in a statement.
It marked an increase of nearly 20 per cent from a similar Insurance Nexus poll of a year ago.
Insurance Nexus is the organizer of the fourth annual Connected Claims Europe conference in Amsterdam on May 18-19.
