Rating agencies Moody’s, Fitch and S&P and several bulge bracket banks will take part in the CLO Summit in Dana Point, California, on November 28-30, an educational conference on collateralised loan obligations for investors, issuers, underwriters, rating agencies, lawyers, and accountants.
Recent regulatory changes, rating agency methods and tax issues are among subjects to be raised at the forum, where Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America Merrill Lunch will be among the world’s top banks represented by speakers.
New York-based company Opal Group is the organiser of the CLO Summit, just as that of another conference to be held at the same location, the Monarch Beach Resort hotel in Dana Point, on the same dates – the Marketplace Lending & Alternative Financing Summit.
