Experts, businesspeople and others specialising or interested in blockchain and cryptocurrencies are getting together at a planned conference in Stockholm on September 11 to discuss subjects including the use of blockchain in industries such as energy, real estate and newsmaking.
The programme for Bitcoin & Blockchain Conference Stockholm includes presentations and panel sessions.
The speakers will include investors, businesspeople, experts, consultants and lawyers.
One of them will discuss the use of blockchain in the real estate business.
Another will talk about what it means to be a cryptocurrency broker and will argue that crypto brokerage could amount to “a couple of lines of code”.
One of the panel sessions will address the use of blockchain in energy industries, and another its use to track news content and combat fake news in the media and to prevent intellectual property theft and piracy.
The conference venue is Berns Salonger, a restaurant and entertainment facility in the city centre.
