Proprietary trading company The Trading Pit has hired Daniela Egli as its chief executive officer.
Egli will be based at The Trading Pit’s business headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus, according to a statement from the company. The firm is formally domiciled in Liechtenstein, where its office is headed by Thomas Heyden.
Egli comes to The Trading Pit from Skilling, a fintech based in the Seychelles, Cyprus, London, Malta and Spain. Earlier on, she had worked at London-based foreign exchange, indices and commodities trader Blackwell Global and other companies.
Egli is qualified as a risk specialist by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and as an anti-money laundering expert by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
