Russia’s Renaissance Capital has announced it has hired Dmitry Ryzhkov from Alfa-Bank as vice president and equity sales trader for Russia and the CIS and Yury Nefedov from Aton as associate and fixed income currencies and commodities (FICC) trader.

Ryzhkov worked as an equity sales trader at UniCredit Aton from 2006 to 2008 before joining Alfa-Bank as sales trader for international clients.
Nefedov was senior fixed income analyst at Bank of Moscow before being recruited by Aton as a fixed income desk analyst.
In December 2012, RenCap, a Moscow-based emerging markets-focused investment bank, appointed Anton Zavialov as head of FICC and Evgueni Konovalenko as head of Russia and CIS equities.
