PrimeXM, a financial technology provider for businesses across the world, has parted company with head of sales Richard Bartlett.
PrimeXM, which offers a range of products including aggregation software, ultra-low-latency connectivity systems and institutional-grade hosting solutions, has already appointed a successor to Bartlett but has not yet disclosed his or her name, according to a statement from the company.
According to foreign exchange research and advisory firm LeapRate, Bartlett joined PrimeXM in 2013 from Cyprus-based Hot Forex, where he was global head of sales.
Earlier on he had been national sales manager at Geko Direct, the now-defunct British business-to-business cellular communication partner of multinational telecommunications provider Orange, LeapRate said.
Bartlett’s inaugural position at PrimeXM was global business development manager, but he was promoted to global head of sales a little more than a year after being hired by the company, according to LeapRate.
Bartlett left PrimeXM, which has offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, Limassol, Shanghai and London, “on excellent terms”, PrimeXM said in its statement without explaining what made him go after what it called a “successful” tenure.
“We part as friends,” the statement quoted Bartlett as saying.
