Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank, has announced it has appointed its vice-president Kirill Tsarev as deputy head of its retail business with the title of senior vice-president.
Tsarev joined Sberbank in 2011.
Since then he has worked at Sberbank Leasing, a subsidiary for the leasing of motor vehicles and other equipment, first being deputy CEO and then CEO of the company, and since 2018 has been chairman of its board of directors and vice-president of the Sberbank group.
Tsarev is also president of Russia’s United Leasing Association.
Before joining Sberbank, Tsarev was deputy CEO of International Bank of Saint Petersburg and CEO of Interleasing, a Russian leaser of cars, lorries and construction and industrial equipment.
