Russia’s Troika Dialog has had one more division renamed as part of its current merger with Sberbank, with Investment Company Troika Dialog changing its name to Sberbank CIB.
The renaming is “one of the final stages” of Troika Dialog’s integration with Russia’s biggest lender, a project aiming to give the latter a foothold in the investment banking market, Troika said in a statement.
According to the statement, all current agreements to which Investment Company Troika Dialog was a signatory remain in force, none needs to be re-signed, and Sberbank CIB will “provide its clients with the complete range of services which were previously offered”.
The company’s registration and postal addresses, location and telephone numbers remain unchanged. So do the details of its settlement, brokerage/trading and other accounts and SSI (Standing Settlement Instructions)/standard instructions for making settlements, except that the account holder’s name will change.
Visitors to the company’s website, www.troika-dialog.ru, will be automatically redirected to the new site, www.sbrf-cib.ru.
There will be additional notification about the issue of new bank cards, the statement said.
